A unique approach to improving outcomes for young people, the youth-led approach represents a spectrum of opportunities that empower young people to be leaders in their communities. This article explores the principles that underlie the philosophy of the youth-led approach, including an assessment of its unique features and the challenges entailed in its practical implementation.
